1. Design & Testing of updated TSTLP Controlled Early Streamer Emission Air Terminal (C.ESEAT) equipped with HIGH-Quality Stainless Steel or central pick up rod, full electrical continuity between the tip and the earth point shall be ensured. Fully autonomous (no battery, no exteral power supply required) which shall collect ambient energy through its lower electrodes. Timing of the streamer emission controlled with an electronic device that detcts the lightning and triggers a streamer
2. Manufacturerd according to latest French NF C 17-102:2011 Annexe C standard.
3. A tester/testing process corresponding specifically to the early streamer emission air terminal shall be available for the maintenance & ensure the healthiness of the unit.

The area protected by an ESEAT is determined according to its efficiency

The ESEAT should preferably be installed on the highest part of the structure. It shall be the highest point within
